Comcast Alle-Kiske 2023-24 Bargaining: TA Reached

On Wednesday, March 13, 2024, the CWA Local 13000 Bargaining Committee reported:

The Union committee has had a number of off table meetings and discussions since February 28, 2024, in an effort to get to a satisfactory conclusion to this round of bargaining. We met with the Company back at the table several times today, March 13, 2024. While we primarily focused on coming to a fair wage agreement there were other issues which needed resolved as well. After today’s sessions we are happy to announce we’ve reached a tentative agreement on a new contract. Changes include:

• Individual salary adjustments
• Yearly General Wage Increases (GWIs)
• Improved wage progression for new hires
• Increased flexibility in the Summer Overtime Plan
• $500.00 ratification bonus
• And much more…
